SPRAINED ROUTINE
PHOTOGRAHY WORKSHOP
BY ANTTI SEPPONEN
23.5.
Antti
Sepponen’s short-form workshop explores alienation and the distancing
effect as photographic methods. The workshop consists of a photography
assignment to be completed in advance and a group session. In the
assignment to be completed before the meeting, participants will create a
short photographic series based on themes provided by Sepponen. During
the meeting, the group will discuss the photos from the pre-assignment
and explore how to create new, surprising perspectives in everyday and
mundane situations and spaces. At the same time, Sepponen will share his
own techniques with the participants and provide feedback on the
photos.
